Thank you for supporting Ten Years Too Late and our merch store.
All of our clothing and accessory items are produced DIY using DTF printing and heat press techniques. Most items are made to order, and each item is made with care. Because of the handmade nature of the process, small variations may occur between products.
Made-to-order items and dispatch times
Most of our merch is made to order rather than mass-produced.
Sometimes we may have certain items already in stock, in which case they will usually be shipped within a day or so. Other items may need to be produced after your order is placed and may be subject to garment, print, size, colour, or supplier availability.
We aim to ship all orders within 10 working days wherever possible. If there is a delay due to supplier availability or production issues, we will contact you as soon as we can.
Handmade item variations
Product images are provided as a guide. Because our items are made by hand, the final product may vary slightly from the images shown on the website.
This can include small differences in:
- print position
- print size
- colour tone
- garment colour
- finish
- placement between items
These natural variations are part of the handmade production process and are not considered faults.
Clothing care
Washing and care instructions are printed inside our garments where applicable.
Please follow the care instructions carefully to help preserve the quality and lifespan of the print and garment. We cannot accept responsibility for damage caused by incorrect washing, drying, ironing, or general care.
Unless stated otherwise, we recommend:
- washing garments inside out
- washing on a cool setting
- avoiding tumble drying
- not ironing directly over printed areas
- avoiding bleach or harsh detergents
Returns
If you would like to return an item, please contact us at:

Please include your order number, name, and details of the item you would like to return.
Items must be returned unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
Unless the item is faulty, the customer is responsible for return postage costs.
Faulty or incorrect items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at:

Please include your order number and photos of the issue so we can look into it.
If the item is confirmed to be faulty or incorrect, we will offer an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, repair, or refund.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will confirm whether your refund has been approved.
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method where possible.
Please allow time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
Original delivery costs may only be refunded where required by law or where the item is faulty or incorrect.
Items that cannot be returned
We cannot accept returns for items that have been:
- worn
- washed
- damaged after delivery
- altered
- returned without contacting us first
- damaged due to incorrect care or washing
Personalised or custom-made items may not be eligible for return unless they are faulty, incorrect, or not as described.
Exchanges
We may be able to offer exchanges depending on stock availability.
Because our items are made in small DIY batches, we cannot guarantee that a replacement size, colour, or design will always be available.
Our responsibility
We take care to describe and photograph our items as accurately as possible. However, slight differences in colour, finish, and placement may occur due to screen settings and the handmade production process.
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.
